Coaching Experience

• In 2015 I started coaching with Mavs in various coaching positions in House Leagues, Summer Camps, Young Mavs programs and March Break programs. 
• For the 2020/2021 season, I began my journey as a HC on the HP Club side. Since then, I have exclusively coached U16 and U15 Boys teams during that time.
• A couple of notable achievements during my coaching career:

1. Having 2 teams in the top 5 going into, and coming out of 16U OC’s in the 2023/2024 season using the “Training Centre” approach. This resulted in the club being asked to be key note speakers at the 2024 VNL International Coaches Symposium on the clubs approach to using Training Centres.  
2. A 15U D1T1 Bronze medal finish at 2025 Ontario Championships, and a 15U D1T1 4th place overall finish in Canada at the 2025 VC Youth National Champions. 
3. 2025 – recipient of the OVA Award of Recognition for excellence and impact on volleyball development at the regional or provincial level
